In 2008, David Jacoby retired from the firm and now serves as an Of Counsel.

In 1969, David earned his Bachelor's degree from Rutgers University, and has served as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Rutgers University since 1995. Rutgers University is a top institution of higher learning with campuses in Camden, Newark and New Brunswick, New Jersey.

David received his law degree from George Washington University School of Law in 1972. Currently licensed to practice in the state of New Jersey, David belongs to the Camden, New Jersey Bar Association, as well as Trenton's New Jersey Trial Lawyers Association.

Among David's greatest accomplishments is a $12 million dollar settlement won in 1989 for a group of asbestos cases. This landmark case placed David Jacoby as one of five finalists for the Trial Lawyers for Public Justice's Trial Attorney of the Year Award.

A frequent lecturer for Mealey's Insurance and the American Trial Lawyers Association, David Jacoby has appeared on Fox Good Day Philadelphia to discuss working with contractors after flooding.

Prior to joining Anapol Schwartz in 2003, David was a partner with Tomar, O'Brien, Kaplan, Jacoby & Graziano in Cherry Hill, New Jersey.
