Michael L. Barbiero, Esq., concentrates on civil litigation. He serves as a Certified Arbitrator for the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas Compulsory Arbitration Program and practices law in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Michael Barbiero earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Pennsylvania State University. He received his law degree from Widener University School of Law. He was inducted into the Moot Court Honor Society and Phi Delta Phi, Harrington Inn, Honor Chapter, as well as named in Who's Who, American Law Students, 18th Edition, 1999; Continental Who’s Who 2006-07; and the Cambridge Who’s Who 2008/2009 Registry.

In addition to his trial experience, Michael has successfully argued and/or briefed cases before the Delaware Supreme Court as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

Michael volunteers as a Youth Aid Panel Member, youth program soccer coach and for Town Watch. In August, 2006 he was appointed by the Abington Township Board of Commissioners to the Abington Industrial Development Authority. Michael also holds the position of Vice Chair of the Abington-Rockledge Democratic Committee and in May, 2008, the Abington-Rockledge Democratic Committee honored him with the Democrat of the Year Award.
