Bus Company Involved in Deadly NJ Turnpike Crashed Ordered to Shut Down

The Pennsylvania bus company involved in a fatal New Jersey Turnpike crash last month has been shut down by the federal government.  The March 14 accident killed 2 people and prompted government interest in low cost bus companies.

Super Luxury Tours, the bus company involved in the crash, was shut down by the U.S. Department of Transportation for failing to have the required insurance.  One the same day that the shut down was announced a Senate panel investigating passenger bus safety was convening as requested by New Jersey Senator Lautenberg.

Bus safety continues to be a concern in New Jersey and across the region.  If you have been hurt in a bus crash then you may be entitled to damages. Contact a New Jersey personal injury lawyer for more information about your rights and potential recovery.
